At Keenan Productions and Events, we believe that every competition can and should be positive, professional, exciting, rewarding and fun for all involved. We emphasize a complete show experience for competitors, sponsors, judges, visitors...and of course for the horses we all love. We ride. We train. We show.
KP Events provides full-service planning and management services for equestrian events in the United States in order to provide the environment that allows competitors to qualify for National and International endeavors. Services include all aspects of show management including sponsor development, judge solicitation and accommodation, rider outreach, facilities preparation and decor, stall charts, ride schedules, electronic scoring, entertainment, auctions, booth locations, signage, media, and event promotion. Past event experience with California Dressage Society includes 2003 Ulla Salzgeber Clinic in Encinitas for 150+ guests, 2003 IMAX Private Screening and Party for 300+ guests, 2004 to present Dressage Affaire Show at Del Mar Horsepark, 2002 to 2007 CDS San Diego Series Shows at Del Mar Horsepark, 2007 to present CDI W/Y/J International Competition: "The Dressage Affaire" and "Del Mar Classic." |

Kim Keenan President Kim provides show direction, sponsorship development and community relations. She is responsible for the overall management of KP Events and its premiere event “The Dressage Affaire” A life-long dressage rider and trainer and a schooled interior designer, she has been providing show management duties for the community for the last six years. Kim combines her knowledge of the sport and her design expertise with her passion for creating an exceptional experience that culminates in the event "Dressage Affaire". |
Note: KP Events is in the application process to become a 501c3 organization, however, once acquired all donations will be considered tax deductible retroactive to June 13, 2008 as per IRS ruling. (Viewable on their website)
